There were good things and bad, and some stuff as was simultaniously laughing and cringing at. The toaster(?)bot and it's crotchgun I'll let slide as it was done already in the first movie with the evil spazzy Nokia, if you recall.

I've seen objections to the "say you love me" game between Sam and Mikaela, but I don't necessarily see it as a ploy. Rather that it is a scary position to be in, being the one to say it first and put oneself out there. Of course, to let TWO YEARS pass before saying "I love you" is pushing it, but there can be other reasons than having it be a game.

The Pretender Alice, then... She is a kind of amalgamation between Terminator, Species and something H.R.Giger has created. Superbitch, but not very Transformer-lookin'. Also, what the hell was that neon goo that Bumblebee spewed all over her? The novelization said antifreeze, but that's not viscous like that, is it?

The poor Decepticon, who got ripped to pieces by his own so that they might use his shredded body to repair and ressurect Megatron. God, that was heartbreaking to hear his screams. I'm not supposed to feel sorry for the bad guys, dammit, but that was just too cruel. The tiny decepticon Doctor had generic Nazi-doctor voice. Think Mengele.

Soundwave was positively Lovecraftian and the voice - yum! Ravage was soooo cool. His movements excellent.

The fight in the forest, where Optimus took on Megatron, Starscream and Grindor(?) all at once was jawdropping. I'm willing to bet that the majority of the OP fangirls experienced a "soaked panties" moment right then and there. I know I did. The power, the determination and sheer desperation - damn! And then he was run through by Megatron's blade and shot! *sob*

Jetfire. Grumpy old mech and a complete riot. Arcee. Didn't get enough screentime and neither did Sideswipe. He was very reminiscent of Jazz, btw. Twins - can have them of loose them.

Also, did anyone notice how the blue plates around the Fallen's face moved? My first thought was about the collar on a pissed off Dilophosaurus right before it lobs a blob of venomous spit in your face.

I might have more things coming to mind later, but for now this brain is pretty much shot due to the weather conditions.
